Policies Customer Service The following information is provided to fully inform you about our purchase policies and give you all the information you need if issues arise after your purchase. How to Contact Customer Service Once you place your order, you will find the information needed to contact Family Support Network on your order confirmation, your packing slip inside your shipment box and on your shipment confirmation. Phone and e-mail support are provided. To contact us, please call 416-512-6356 or email customerservice@familysupport.net. Messages can be left 24/7 and will be returned within 2 business days. Order Cancellations Once an order has been placed with Family Support Network, you may not cancel it. Our return policies are described in detail below. Order Processing and Shipping Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Return Policies You may return any item purchased from the Family Support Network for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed and in good condition. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise.
